Raise Funds for ACMC Equipment and Programs

Through a special arrangement with the Association of Hospital Philanthropy, a national organization dedicated to assisting health care providers raise voluntary contributions, the Alameda County Health Care Foundation is happy to announce the existence of online shopping that results in cash rebates to the Foundation. These funds are then used to support our mission of raising funds for the programs and equipment needs of the Alameda County Medical Center.

All of your favorite stores such as Macy’s, WalMart, PetsMart, Sears, Home Depot, Barnes & Noble, and many more are included. To participate, follow these steps:

1. Go to www.ahpshoppingmall.com.

2. Click on any retailer logo or name.

3. You will then be prompted to:

a. Select a state (California).

b. Select a city (Oakland).

c. Select Alameda County Health Care Foundation. (This will identify the Foundation as the recipient of rebates from the merchants where you shop.) You will automatically be returned to the merchant’s web page where you started.

On subsequent visits you only need to select the merchant then Alameda County Health Care Foundation from your Recent Selections.
