Exit at 14th Avenue/Park Blvd.

Building Entrance: The main entrance is located 1411 East 31st Street.

Parking: Patient and visitor parking is in the new multi-level parking garage, entrance on 31st Street.

Foundation Offices: From the parking garage, take the elevator or stairs to parking level P5. Enter the building and follow the signs to Wings A-F and then Hospital/D-3 Entrance. The Foundation offices are located inside the D-Wing, at D308, D312, D318, and D323.
