Make a donation in memory of someone or to commemorate a holiday, birthday, wedding, or other special occasion. A tribute card will be sent to the person(s) you designate, and an acknowledgement letter will be sent to you, which will also serve as your tax receipt.

You may designate your donation to a critical need or program area of the Alameda County Medical Center.  Currently these include:

• Angiography Suite Acquisition
• Cancer Navigator Program
• Childhood Obesity Prevention Program
• Youth Violence Prevention Program

You may also designate your gift to ACMC department programs and ACMC employee recognition programs approved by the Foundation’s Program Priorities Committee.
