FIRST SHIFT– 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Duties include assisting with set up of registration table area:
--3 volunteers to greet and register guests
--1 volunteer to “Goodie Bags”
--1 volunteer to oversee the putting contest

SECOND SHIFT - 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM (end of golfing)

Duties include staffing prize holes to monitor Hole-in-One and Closest-to-the-Pin activities

THIRD SHIFT - 4:00 to 8:00 PM

Duties include helping staff to:
--Prepare set up for dinner
--Help decorate room/tables (minimal)
--Prepare raffle prize table
Set up registration table
Assist with dinner registration
Sell raffle tickets
Help distribute raffle prizes
