Fundraising Events
More than any other kind
of activity, events raise money and raise
awareness about the Medical Center. We have
several long-standing events that are a lot
of fun and additionally raise the needed money
to fund our programs.
Annual Gala
In June we have our Annual
Gala which is a dress-up event held in a great
location with special dinner and beverages.
During this event, we honor our philanthropist
of the year. Many corporations join us to
sponsor this event, showing their commitment
to the people of Alameda County. This is our
most festive event of the year! This year's
18th Annual
Gala is planned for Saturday, June 7, 2008.

Annual Golf Tournament
On Monday, September 22, 2008, our
13th Annual Golf Classic will take place at the
Sequoyah Country Club in Oakland. Physicians,
Board Members, sponsors, and the general public
will join us for a very fun day. There will
be a reception and dinner with prizes and
a raffle.
