Medallion Program

Create a permanent legacy recognizing an indvidual, family, or loved one. Alameda County Health Care Foundation (ACHCF) is offering an exciting opportunity to become part of the new Critical Care and Clinics Building at the Highland Campus of Alameda County Medical Center.

For a gift of $350 or $250 (depending on location), you can have the name(s) you designate engraved in a 6-inch brushed stainless steel medallion and inlaid in the walkway near the entrance to the new building.
